The first diagram explains how cement is manufactured, while the second diagram describes the process of making concrete for building purposes.
Overall, there are six steps of cement manufacturing before it is added to a special mixer to produce concrete.
To begin, limestone and clay are combined by using a crusher which is used to make green powder. This green substance is then mixed in a special machine before it is transferred via a tube. Next, this mixture is rotated in a cylindrical machine in which it is heated by a fire. Subsequently, after being poured to a conveyer, it goes through grinder. Finally, the ready cement is packed in bags.
As for cement production, it comprises four different items: gravel, sand, cement and water. Twice as much gravel (50%), also known as small stones, are added to a concrete mixer as sand (25%). However, there is a slight difference between cement and water, which account for 15% and 10%, respectively.
