eat at home or at the restaurant
Food serves multiple purposes, from meeting basic survival needs to providing comfort. In many cases, food is also connected with love and memories. We can prepare food by ourselves at home as well as eat out. From my perspective, I prefer eating at home to outside in restaurants.
Admittedly, some people may argue that eating outside is time-saving and convenient. If our schedules are too busy, eating outside could absolve us the trouble of cooking so that we could devote the time to something more important. For example, in my senior year in college, there was a time when my roommate Martha was burning the candle at two ends: she was an intern in a company and the deadline of her thesis was approaching. Therefore, it was impossible for her to allocate time for cooking. So, what she did was having a quick breakfast at the street dining car and ordering takeout food for lunch and dinner. In this way, she saved the time spent on preparing food and got to focus on her work and study.
However, ready-made food sold outside can be disturbing from the hygiene’s point of view. It is because that as customers, we are oblivious of how the ingredients are chosen and processed. Thus, we do not know for sure whether the food is clean and safe. In contrast, eating at home does not have such problems. If we eat at home, we can “monitor” the whole process, from doing the grocery shopping to serving the dish on the table. For example, my mother is a believer of “you are what you eat”. So, she will get up 5 o’clock in the morning and drives to the largest market in town to buy the freshest ingredients. Besides, she also pays attention to the nutrients, making sure that we have balanced meals. As a result, my entire family are athletic and seldom get sick. For this reason, she will go to the local market to pick the freshest food, and prepare them herself. Only after washing them with running water three times will she start cooking. Moreover, she always sees to it that the kitchen utensils are clean and shiny, which is also essential for food safety. Conversely, no one obsessed with eating outside is sure that most of the food he/she eat outside is as clean as those made at home.
In a nutshell, even though eating outside has its advantage, it is not enough to outweigh the health benefits provided by eating at home.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
