You have a spare room in your flat/apartment and you want to rent it to a student. Write a letter to the accommodation office of the local college. In your letter explain
where your apartment is
why you want to rent
what sort of person who would you like to rent it to.

Dear sir
I am one of the house owners in Alex enclave who is penning down this missive in connection to find a student as a tenant for a spare room in my flat.

The place is not only 2 km away from your prestigious college, which can be of great help for a student renting my room, but also is in the close proximity of various shopping complexes. As you are already aware, the academic year has ended few days back, as a consequence one of the educatees who was living in that room had to leave because of his completion of studies. That is why, I am looking for a new one now.

On the other hand, please set up my meeting with someone who is quiet and decent. Besides this, he should be able to teach my younger sibling some basic mathematics.

I hope you will suggest me few learners who are in search of a room so that I can discuss the other details further with them.

Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully
Arshdeep Kaur
