Dear sir
I am one of the residents at Alex complex, Ludhiana, who is penning down this missive in connection with the atrocious garbage pick up system which is causing a plethora of hardships in our society.
Last year, by the local garbage authority, the instructions of collecting the trash every alternate day was given which is not in practice anymore as the masses employed for the same come once in a week which results in brimming of the bins with the garbage. Because of this, there are a lot of bees and insects which are deteriorating with the health of not only my progenies but also individuals living nearby. Additionally, the whole area is covered with foul smell.
To ameliorate the cicumstances, council had better make some stringent rules and should appoint someone to look after if the work is being done or not.
I hope you will look into this matter and take some rigourous actions.
