Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your employee which caused me to miss my flight last week. I was going to attend an important meeting in Isfehan and I have booked my ticket on 24th September on the Internet.
Unfortunately, at the airport, when I wanted to get boarding card, your agent at the check-in desk, who were in charge of checking tickets said me that my name is not in the passenger list. I showed her my receipt of shopping the ticket and asked her to check again. However, she did not accept and finally I missed not only the flight but also the meeting which cause me many difficulties. At the end, she noticed that her list was not up-to-date and my name was in the final list.
I think the best way to rectify this situation is to fine your employee and also book me another flight.
I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
