Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the local council's decision to close the park of our district.
I am a resident of the district 9, down town California and I have been living same neighborhood for 30 years. Over the years I have seen many buildings are constructed and natural greenly depleted gradually. I believe this happened due to lack of planning from the district council. Now, we are left with this only park, where children use to play in the evening, and young and old people come here for regular exercise and breathe in fresh air. If this park is replaced by car parking, people will have no other option but to stay indoors which is hazardous to their health. I believe council should reconsider their decision and come up with a better solution.
I would like to suggest that the council should pass a regulation that states that all the new constructions, whether residential or commercial use, should build their own car parking area under the basement. By this way, the district will have enough space for car parking and people can enjoy natural beauty.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Jonathan smith.
