The line graph below depicts the information about oil production and usage in China in 1982 and 2006.

Overall, both generation and consumption of oil in China elevated to highest level by the end of the year.

To begin with , the highest usage of oil per day in China showed in 2006 witnessing above 6 million barrels while consumption of oil was least in beginning of the years. Moreover , consumption increased with susbtanstial rise after 1990 as it pleatued in 1982 ,1986 and 1990 accounting exactly 2 millions barrels of oil used per day.

With that , again 2006 was the year when production of oil reached to pick whereas it was lowest in 1982 around 2 million barrels. Furthermore , at the beginning after 1982 , the production experienced the sudden spike to 3 million barrels , though it was remained stable until the year 1994 before attaining the highest point. .
