The given pie charts illustrate the changes in differences in the percentages of generated energy by 5
categories in an unknown country in 2 years 1995 and 2003.
Overall, the period 1995-2003 witnessed upward trends in most researched fields, except for nuclear
power - the only source of energy that bucked the trend. Besides, the difference between kinds of
energy was noticeably closed over the given time.
In particular, there was a downward trend in the proportion of nuclear power, with number going
down from 59% to 39%. Despite this decline, it constantly constituted the highest numbers in both
years.
However, regarding other sources of energy, the graphs show opposing trends, with number for
Hydrogen, Coal, Oil, and Other kinds increasing 7%-14%, 5%-32%, 23%-31%, and 3%-4%
respectively. Considerably, the most remarkable change could be found in Coal. Furthermore,
other sources of energy together consecutively accounted for the smallest shares in 2 years.
