You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country.
Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that I would like to participate in Advance Architectural Design Seminar which is going to be held in Canada. I read about the seminar in an advertisement and would like to know a few more details.
I am eager to attend this seminar as I have also read that this seminar is going to welcome various speakers from around the world. This will surely help me to boost my career.
As per the advertisement, the date given is 12th October. Could please tell me the duration period of the seminar as it would help me to plan my schedule for booking the tickets. I would like to know in detail about the itinerary of the seminar as it would help me to prepare priorly for any interactive sessions. I have never travelled to Canada before, I would like you to even suggest to be a place of accommodation and how much will it cost for the duration. This will help me to budget my expenses. Please let me know the cost of the event and what all things would be included.
Waiting to hear from you at the earliest.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew
