Learning is a process in which people work hard during all life to learn many things. It is important because if this process stops the growth of individuals is stuck. Some people are inclined toward the attitude that only seniors can teach better, whereas, others hold different perspectives. I personally, though believe that always learn from people who have the same level as yours. In the following essay, I intend to put forth my points and reasons for support.
The first exquisite point to be mentioned is that the individual with the same mental level can explain well and the comfort zone between the similar age group students is really high. I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own experience when I was in university it was absolutely arduous for me to ask questions from teachers. One day I asked my teacher a question in pharmaceutical class and she explained me twice but unfortunately, I did not understand. Moreover, the next day my friend asked me about the same question and I told her that I did not understand then in break time she illustrates the same topic in 5m minutes and I get everything. Therefore, this experience taught me that to learn things easier it is necessary to sit with the same age group of students.
Secondly, undoubtedly teachers and supervisors had a lot of knowledge as they had spent their half of life on it. It is naturally with growing age people become short-tempered and their approaches are so high as compared to ours. Sometimes while teaching or illustrating us they become angry by which students get scared and do not dare to ask anything. Drawing from my own experience when I was in high school my maths teacher was a Ph.D. from Oxford university but whenever she teaches us it was difficult to understand. In addition, in her final exams I studied day and night besides all effort I failed my exam. Thus, this example classifies the importance of learning from age group people.
In light of the reasons mentioned above I completely agree with the statement that people should not try learn from elders in seek of knowledge.
