Should there be a maximum wage for highly-paid people? Is it good or bad?
Recently, the phenomenon of a maximum wage and its corresponding impacts has sparked a heated debate. Although contested by many that the matter of the salary is highly beneficial, such issue is regarding thoroughly both constructive and positive by a substantial number of individuals. I am inclined to believe that highly-paid people can be a plus, and I will analyze that throughout this essey.
From a social standpoint, the increasing of wage can provide the society with some noticeable effects which are rooted in the fact that the merits of more payments as well as more money are inextricably bound up. According to my own experience, I performed an academic experiment which discovered highly-paid employees. Thus, the beneficial ramifications of both the companies' budget and their policies apparantly can be seen.
Within the realm of science, the high- level wage might increase the consequences of satisfied workers. Moreover, the fundamental aspects of the good income could relate to this reality that the demerits of being more responsible pertain to hard working. As a tangible example, some scientific research undertaken by a prestigious university has asserted the downside of decreasing payments is correlated negatively with the last result. Hence, it is correct to presume the preconceived notion of attitudes.
To conclude, while there are several compelling arguments on both sides, I profoundly believe that the benefits of the high-range of wage far outweigh its drawbacks. Not only do the advantages of motivating labors prove the significance of being loyalty to employers, but also pinpoint the possible implications.
