Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Shwatank Bhasin, and I have recently shifted to the next door. I received your letter in the morning which states that last night my house was noisy due to loud music. Actually, I had invited my new colleagues for a get together as I have joined a new office in the city.
I understand that I did not invited you and the rest of the neighbors to the party but, I have organized a party on coming Saturday evening for the residents of our society. And, I really apologize for the noise coming out last night due to loud music and my guests noise. I will make sure to use the society party hall for future occasions. I fully understand your complaint and I promise that it will not happen again.
I would like you to invite at my house tomorrow for afternoon tea for my flawed actions. My wife and I will be pleased to meet you and your family members.
I am looking forward to see you tomorrow.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
