The diagrams show changes in a student common room.
The given outlines depict the modifications of several student common room amenities during a span of five years. As can be seen from both outlines, a majority of facilities situated at the top of the student room seemed unchanged after 5 consecutive years, except an adding microwave in the position of the former bench.
Firstly, two 7-piece table sets that stayed at the center of the room were replaced by a 9-piece rectangular table set, with two remaining 7-piece table sets. Besides a 7-piece table set at the bottom left corner of the room is a new bench for laptops, three armchairs and television are adjacent to a Bench for laptops.
Secondly, a previous refrigerator was substituted by a drinks machine from the bottom right corner of the room to between an armchair and a refrigerator. The main entrance at the right-hand side was unmoved. Finally, six facilities at the top of the room were unchanged over 5 years.
