Overall, people sent enquiries in person and by telephone increased in the given period, while by letter or email decreased steadily. At the beginning, telephone is used the most, followed by letter or email and in person. However, in the end, delivering in person took the first place, then telephone and letter or email.
With regards, the Office received enquiries in person at around 400 in Jan and soared gradually in the following years, then peaked at 1900 in June. Besides, a downward trend was seen in sending by letter or email. The highest point was nearly 800 in Jan, dropped to about 400 and continued in June. On the other hand, using telephone is the most fluctuating. The lowest point is 800 in Feb, then rised slightly in Mar and doubled to 1600 in June.
