Teachers' salaries should be based on their students' academic performance.

Teachers are the most important prats of the pedagogic systems whose performance may have the direct effect on their student's performance. In my opinion, based on the above fact, some people may think that the best way to improve the level of education is that to indicate teacher's salaries based on their student's results. In this case, I mostly disagree with this claim because of two reasons but first of all I want to say that the factors indicating the student's performance as "excellent" or "bad" can be varied in different schools or even in various countries. However, in this essay I want to consider this phrase as the " curriculum scores" and the extent the students participate in team works at the class.
To begin with, I want to disagree with this claim from the psychological point of view. It is true that if the rage of the teacher's salaries varies based on the their success in improving the level of student's results, such as their educating methodologies, the extent the put energy to teach the subjects and also the way they engage themselves with students' problems, it might have a destructive long-term effects. We can divide the students to three groups. The first one consists of self-discipline, astute and sedulous students who regularly study their lessons and care of the path of their education. The second group consists of students who are somehow whimsical, obtuse and completely erratic in the simple tasks such as doing their homework. The last group can be interposed between the other groups.Consider two teachers who have similarities in their methodologies and even educational knowledge. One of them is responsible to teach the first group and the other for the second one. As a result, with the same effort the students' result in first group is significantly higher than the other group just because of the difference in their individual characteristics. In this case, the teacher of second group earned much less wage or perquisite than the other one. In a flawed circle, this teacher may lose her motivation to improve the student's performance since she see all of her efforts useless.
Secondly, the student's performance is not completely pertained to their teacher's performance and may be effected by many factors. One of these factors in the number of students in a class.For example consider two classes which one of them has 20 students and the other has 40 ones. Obviously, the efficacy of the education apart from their teach is higher in the first class. Moreover, the pedagogic equipment play an important role in increasing the potential of students' learning. Advanced laboratories fulled with instrument which help the students to experiment their theoretical subject is an effective factor in their development. As a result, it is not fair to differ between teacher's salaries only based on the student's performance when there are many factors which direct this comparison to an inappropriate way.
To sum up, as the students have various individual characteristics which influence their performance during school time and also the level of their results may be effected by other factors except of the teachers, it is not true to indicate the teacher's wage based on their students' performance.
