The map shows a road system as it is now and the proposed changes in future to reduce accidents.
The map illustrates the details of the present road system and possible improvements in the forthcoming future to decrease the rate of accidents.
Overall, the most significant changes would be on placing traffic lights and constructing a roundabout.
Presently, roads from the city and school are joined together and diverted to either side which makes congestion and is prone to an accident spot due to the formation of four roads. Therefore, traffic signals are proposed on this site on all four corners of the roads. Likewise, the southern side of low Lane Road leads to the forest road with a narrow diversion are planning to straight to limit accidents.
Over to the eastern side, a roundabout is planned to build at the centre which is joining the road from four sides such as forest road and City Road. For that, they removed the present diversion of City Road from the west and joined directly to the roundabout. Along with that, a separate road is planned to construct for the supermarket from the roundabout and removes the shortcut from the eastern side City Road to reduce accidents.
