The line graph illustrates the figure for the requirement that Tourist Information Office received by three different methods in a city for the first haft year period in 2011.
Overall, it is clear that the methods that customers chose to contact with this agency by telephone and face to face were upward trend, while the figure of that by letter/email was declining. The more people connect with the office in person.
The first quater witnessed the change on raking of all three contact ways, specifically, the number of people used in person way increased, it made this method transformed from lowest place with 420 to the second place (reach to 800), that is decreased for contacting by letter/email, during the rest method was fluctuated, but it still keep the first place at 1000.
In the second quater of 2011, the amount of people went directly to the Tourism office escalated and reached the peak at nearly 1900 in June- it also hit the highest point compare with other method, the figure of contacting by telephone kept stable from march to April and dramatically rose on next 2 months, the rest method was still went down and unchanged on May to June period.
