You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter:
Describe the problem with the equipment
Explain what happened when you phoned the shop
Say what you would like the manager to do
Dear sir/ madam,
My name is Rahul and I bought a sandwich maker from your shop, that is situated in Whitefield market. After a week of buying this machine it has stopped heating and I am not able to make any bread out of it.
In this regard, I dialed to the customer care number given on box on December 25, 2022. I explained the problem to customer care executive and he registered my complain and assured me to get back in 24 hours. I did not get any response even after a day and I had to call again but no action taken yet, hence, I am writing directly to you.
Here, I would like you to look into this matter and take corrective measures. I want my sandwich maker to be replaced with the new one, as it is in warranty. I have enclosed copy of bill along this letter. Also, if you could talk to your service executives and ask them to be responsible towards the customer's complains would be food. As, it was a very unpleasant experience of me with them.
Looking forward to seeing prompt action.
Thank you!
Your faithfully,
Raghav.
