Comparison of energy production
The bar chart provides a comparison of the energy produced between 1995 and 2005.
From an overall perspective, it can be seen that with the exception of the data of petro, the figures for all surveyed types of energy enjoyed an upward trend. In addition, coal was produced the most in both years.
Looking at the chart for more details, in 1995, the percentage of coal was the highest, at 29.80%. The figures for gas, petrol, and nuclear were lower, at 29.63%, 29.27%, and 6.40%, respectively. However, the percentage of other types of energy accounted for the lowest number, at 4.90%.
For the rest of the chart, in 2005, the proportion of coal, which was the highest, saw an increase to 30.93%. The proportion of gas increased from 29.63% in 1995 to 30.31% in 2005. In opposite to coal and gas, petrol experienced a decrease in the proportion of energy production from 29.27% in 1995 to 19.55% in 2005. There was also an increase in the figures for nuclear and other types of energy, at 10,10%, and 9.10% in 2005, correspondingly. In addition, the figure for other types of energy in 2005 was twice the figure for it in 1995.
