The diagram illustrates how much the average percentage of meals on a daily basis of three different parts of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar, while all of these types are considered to be unhealthy if consumed too much.
In general, while the figure for dinner is higher than the other parts, the number of snacks is equally important in the daily meal of American.
In terms of the first graph, the amount of sodium in breakfast America citizens are recorded, at 14% in typical meals, while the figure for both Saturated fat and Added sugar is equally important every day, at respective being exactly 16%. However, the proportion of Sodium in Lunch is higher than added sugar, respectively with 29% and 19% during that period, the number of Saturated fat is nearly the statistics of sodium, approximately 26% in the daily meal of dwellers.
With regard to the latter graph, the figure for Sodium in Dinner is twofold compared to the figure for Sugar, respectively 43% and 23%. In addition, the number of Saturated fat consumed in daily routine, at 37% during this period. The figure for Added sugar in snacks accounted for 42% compared to the others, while the proportion both of Sodium and Saturated fat whose figures falls within a range from 14% to 21% in typical meals of inhabitants.
