The maps show how the industrial area will change into a housing area in the future.
The two maps give information about the change in the layout of an industrial area to a residential place in the future.
In general, it can be seen that the layout of the area will significantly change, with the additional features. The industry will change completely into a residential area with various apartments and amenities.
At present, an entrance and reception are located on the northern and next to the land and roads. The factory on the east of the block has the opposite side with the parking lot and warehouse. Finally, there are five offices and a canteen at the bottom of the maps. At the center of the area is a big yard to cater to outdoor activities.
In the plan, the entrance and reception will be replaced by a 2-bedroom house and a parking garden in front of the building. A parking lot and an apartment building will be situated in the old factory, while a 3-bedroom house and a 4-bedroom house will construct in the western. In the south, office blocks and canteen will turn to the parking garage area.
