You work for an international company. And would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country .
Write a letter to your manager
Explain why you want to work there
Say how your work could be done while you are away
Ask for her help in arranging it
Dear Ms Neha,
I am writing to inform that I would like to apply my skills in our company's main head office ,which is in America, for half a year.
I am planning to to to the United States next month since I have been selected in lottery visa. I would hope that I already mentioned that while were tackling the aardous task the other day. So that I assume that it is a good a golden opportunity to continue my work as a software engineer in our ABC company's head office ,which is in california, as our main office is located there. However, I will be back after six months to continue my work here because may plab is to let my family stay there and I am coming afterwards.
I am aware that I have a lot of projects that need to be done. Beside that , I also need to meet my clients too. Thus, I have requested my assistant to take over my responsibilities which have to be done while I am away and he also agreed to that.
I was wandering if you could give permission to switch my working place for half a year and please watch over my assistant incase he makes any mistakes. But , I would hope he will not cause any trouble since he is the best employee. Moreover , I would appreciate if you could get my documents done as soon as possible as I do not have plenty of time.
Im looking forward to your reply at your earliest convenience.
Kindly regards,
Baskaran thadshayini.
