The given diagram describes how to produce smoked fishes in the small-scale.
In general, there are 8 steps to finish a smoked fish with the first step of killing fish and the final step is delivering it to consumers.
To commence with, we need to kill these fishes before putting them in the salt-water for thirty minutes. In the next step, these fishes will be washed with water in 5 minutes and then put out.
In the fifth step, these fishes will be contained in a vat with two floors, the first floor is the smudging creating smoke and the second floor is these fish. This vat of fish needs to be closed with a panel of wood. Then, after being taken out and colored with yellow, the smoked fish has been completed. In the final step, these products of smoked fish will be boxed and transferred to the consumers.
