Do you agree or disagree with the following statement For success in a future job the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

Nowadays, most people want to succeed, so they seek many ways to achieve their goal. Some people say for success in a future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school. I agree with this statement. I have three reasons to support my opinion.

First, we live in a community, so it is important to be able to relate well with people. Most of them do not need what they learned in high school, and they have to go to the company and learn new things. However, if you are smart and have a bad relationship with people, it will be difficult to know good information and will not teach you kindly. For example, at school, if you are close to teachers and seniors, you can get more information and teachers will pay more attention to your student record.

Second, making good relationships with people is also a big weapon. These people often take on leadership roles even if they are a little less capable. Then, from the company’s point of view, such people are more visible and they are considered necessary talent. Also, these days, it is still a very important ability in Korea, because in reality, people who are good at flattery are more likely to be promoted. For instance, in fact, according to the survey, there are far more people who prefer juniors with good relationships than smart ones.

Last, the ability of people to handle people well can be very useful these days. Social personality is especially important because there are many cases where you can persuade customers to buy products like insurance companies. It is also the same when signing contracts with other companies.

This is why I think the ability to relate well with people is more important than studying hard. This is because this ability can be most useful and efficient when you go to companies.
