Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to put an official complain for not getting my cheque book that I ordered from your bank two weeks ago.
My company is registered in your bank`s VIP list, and they have opened for me a current account over two years for my salary transfer. When I mad the request online through the internet banking application, I was informed that it would take only three working days. The request status is still under process, and no update till date on my application.
I have contacted the customer service department on several occasions to report the delay, but nothing has been done. They informed me that some approvals are still required; however, my earlier application for similar service did not take that much duration. Please advise me with the remaining process and its duration till receiving the cheque book at my address.
I selected the fast-track service while I was applying for the cheque book. This service states that any delay would be reported to the customer immediately; hence, I would ask that you address this matter personally, and ensure that it is treated in priority with the concerned department.
