The diagram illustrates the process of producing electricity from geothermal energy.
Overall, cold water has to pass through two stages which require some specific conditions before transforming into steam for electricity generation in the remaining steps.
In the first stage of manufacturing electricity, a vast amount of cold water is pumped down beneath the ground, with the depth of 4.5 kilometers. The water is then injected through geothermal zone which is known as hot rocks with the aim of converting cold water into hot water. However, the product would not be satisfactory if the injection did not well carry out. Hot water is pumped up into a condenser and evaporates to form steam afterwards.
In the two final steps, the resulting steam passes into a generator turbine in order to implement the rotation of turbine system. After that, the amount of power from the turbine enables generator to produce electricity. Eventually, electricity generated is transferred to the geothermal power plant for widely usage.
