However, after a significant fluctuation around 6% in two years 1994 and 1995, the figure of US dropped to score at 5.0% in early of 1997. In contrast, the rate of Japan kept surging up from 2.5% at the beginning of 1993 to reach just under 4.5% on March 1996.
