The process illustrates how diamonds are produced through several main steps. It begins with rough diamonds in the mine and finished with the delivering to sellers.
To begin with, rough diamonds which are mined then being sorted into two primary groups namely low grade and high grade. In the former group, diamonds are specialized for industrial uses. The following state consists of cutting and shaping, then diamonds’hardness is tested before being given a price and shipped to retailers.
On the contrary, high-quality diamonds are used for cosmetic industries. After being priced, diamonds are sent to a computer division to analyze their best cut. Next, diamonds are cut by hand or machine depending on the analyzing process. In the following step, products are polished and then given a rating before delivering to sellers. On the contrary, diamonds which fail in the rating process will be polished again in order to be rated again before selling.
