Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Madam,
I'm writing you with respect to the services we received on the 29th of may 2018, at the Cheldon banquet hall at Royal hotels. We were pleased with most of the services, moreover we hope you improve, so as to patronize your hotel in the nearest future.
It's undeniable that the hall was well-organized with amazing sitting area. The breakfast and dinner were sumptuous. However the lunch wasn't up to standard, as it was cold, the presentation was poor. The complimentary drink ordered came in late, and wasn't iced which made it unappealing. Majorities of the attendees at the conference had negative feedback about the lunch.
The lunch was set immediately after breakfast were served, which was the major reason why the lunch served where cold, i presume this can be done by investing into chaffing dishes with heat burner to keep the food continuously warm until demanded. otherwise, a cooler would be an appropriate substitute.
Yours Faithfully,
Eniola.
