The historical building in your place is in bad condition. Write to the local government. In your letter
Why the building is important
what is the present condition
what actions must be taken
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention about an old library which is considered as one of the historical monument. It represents the symbol of our historic tradition and culture of our country. More over it’s the only library which was inaugurated by Queen Victoria in India.
As the building has not gone through any maintenance from last two decades, it is now under devastating condition. Even though pillars of the building are still strong, we can see fissures on the walls and roofs of the building. Although it looks like rock steady externally, the internal strength and paint is deteriorated.
This is the only library in the vicinity of the city; as a result it is always crowded by young enthusiastic readers. So, I would request you to take immediate actions by renovating this building as soon as possible to prevent any catastrophic incidents at the library.
I look forward for your quick and prompt response.
Yours faithfully
SHAM
