You left your watch at friend's home and you want him to send it back. writer him a letter.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
describe your watch
tell him where you left it at
suggest what he can do about it.
Dear Dave,
Hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter to let you know that I mistakenly forgot to pick my wrist watch while I was leaving from your place.
It is a Fossil smartwatch with a rose gold chain and a silver tone metallic chain. Additionally, at the backside of the dial you would find my name printed in royal blue ink.
A night before, while I was packing my luggage, I kept it in one of the side drawers besides the bed in the guest room, with a thought that it will be handy next morning. Unfortunately, it completely went off my mind.
I would appreciate in case you could send me the watch at my postal address. You can parcel the same through Blue Dart courier services, since they are the best delivery agents for such valuable items. Their courier facility is reliable and smooth. However, the only drawback is that, you will have to prepare the package on your own and they will secure the packet in front of you.
Pay my regards to uncle and aunt, also thanks for the help.
Best Wishes
Jane
