Your child is going on a three day school trip to another country. The head teacher wants to find parents to go with the group and you would like to go.
Write a letter to the head teacher. In your letter:
Say why you would like to go on the trip
Suggest what you could do to help during the trip
Ask other questions about the trip
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to show my interest in the three-day trip, the school is organising to the United States of America. I am exicted to go on my first international with my daughter. I would like to ask for some information about the trip like medical facilities and medical insurance in case of an emergency.
My daughter is allergic to the glucose and the pollen as the tour will start in mid of March when they are at the peak I need to give her extra care and medicines on time. Also, I have been working as a part-time nurse at Mother Care's office in downtown which makes me a helping hand to take care of other kids. I do have the professional certificate of hospitality which I received recently. In addition, the expedition will help my daughter to learn more about different cultures. Furthermore, I could take care of her while on the trip.
Would you let me know if we need to take any international medical insurance? If yes, where I can opt-in else please give me details of companies who can issue it. Is there any eligibility criteria for joining? Let me know in case you need more details.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Faithfully
