Given are two plans illustrating alterations in road access to a hospital over three years since 2007.
As can be seen, in 2007, the city hospital was surrounded by Ring Road providing a direct connection to Hospital Rd and car park. The hospital Rd made a link between City Road stretching from east to west on the southern of the plan and Ring Road and the car park is a rectangular land adjacent to three aforementioned roads servicing people, by and large. Furthermore, there had been six bus stops along either sides of Hospital Rd facilitating users to reach the hospital by using public transportation system.
Forward three years, in 2010, some visible modifications took place. A new public car constructed to the east of the Ring Road and the previous one dedicated only to staffs. Moreover, two traffic circles were added to the ends of hospital Rd at the intersections with Ring Road and City Road making routes to different destinations specifically the new bus station which was located to the west of the hospital Rd and created more space as a substitute for former bus stops.
Overall, from 2007 to 2010 some changes occurred to road networks. A public car was added and bus stops were replaced by a spatial bus station facilitating the access to hospital. However, the hospital building and three main roads remained intact during these three years.
