The bar chart below shows the three main causes of land damage in four different areas in the world
The chart illustrates three principal reasons that caused damage to the land in four continents including africa, asia, australia and europe.
Generally, in most of the continent, breeding is estimated as the largest causes whereas, on the contrary, farming causes the lowest damage comparing with the other factors.
Particularly, in africa, australia and europe, there are 500, slightly over 200 and just over 100 million of hectares of land is destroyed by the act of breeding, but farming activites only account for 300, over 50 and less than 100 million of hectares of land vandalized respectively. africa ,whose nearly 400 million of hectars of land damaged because of the cut down of the trees, is considered to have the most harmed land while that figure in australia and europe are relatively low, around 100 million of hectares.
asia shows a different trend, where tree-cutting damages most of the land (about 450 million of hectares), and breeding causes the lowest destruction to the land (under 400 million of hectares). At the same time, farming takes away a considerable amount of land in asia (nearly 420 million of hectares).
