there are three graphs in total. While the two pie chart illustrate the global population distribution from 1900 to 2000 in six different areas, the line graph demonstrates the world population between 1400 and 2000.
Generally, the world population rose dramatically throughout 6 centuries with most of the population comes from asia.
Begining at less than 500 million in 1400, the population wordwide grown slightly through each centuries before reaching a peak at more than 1 billion in 1700. It then experienced the drop to just under 1 billion in 1800, but again rose significantly to 6 billions in the next two centuries.
As can be clearly seen from the pie charts, asia accounted for the most population in both 1900 and 2000 with 60% and 54% respectively. Whereas north america has no changed in its population during a 100 years period, europe population felt by 10% in the same period. Although there was a small decrease in each properties, the population of asia, europe and north america still remained in the first, second and third largest world population respectively. However, the population in Latin america, Africa and others area increased slightly by 5%, 8.5% and 2.5% respectively at the same time.Whereas north america has no changed in its population during a 100 years period, europe population felt by 10% in the same period.
