The line chart depicts the number of people using the underground station in London at different hours during a day.
Overall, the highest influx of people at the station is observed at 8:00 hours and also at 18 hours. In contrast, 6 and 16 hours in is time of day when lowest number of passengers use the underground station. A moderate amount of people are observed at the station during the time frame between 12 to 14 hours.
It is shown in the graph that around 100 people use the underground train at 6am which then rises to the highest number of 400 people in just two hours at 8am. This is followed by a very sharp decrease to just around 175 people at 10am. Thereafter , the number of passengers increase steadily till 1400 hrs to a value of 300. At this point, we again observe a dramatic change in the line graph; the number of passengers suddenly drop to 100 at 16:00 which is the lowest value and was earlier observed at 6am too.
However, after this we again see a sharp rise in the passengers at 18:00 which is nearly equal to the highest value and stands tall at around 390 people. This trend is followed by a gradual decrease till 22:00 to 150 passengers.
