Allow me to explain my requirements in a bit more detail so that your endeavors won't get in vein.
Although I usually prefer a windy apartment, a 3HK apartment will work just fine, because we always have somebody visiting so it should have proper rooms for visitors and families as well. it should have a large modern kitchen with all necessities. it should have a private parking slot available for my car.
The surroundings are also very important, make sure that it is situated in a nice neighborhood. Must be at a convenient distance from local schools and supermarkets.
