Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn. Give specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
class="0">since the rise of the industrial evolution, importance of education class="is">is more highly regarded class="than">than before. therefore, the more parents try to educate their children with a high quality of education, class="but">but the government also class="invest">invest quite a large amount of money on education system or on resource. Among the diverse variables, class="teacher">teacher’s role class="is">is the major for the class="teacher">teacher. Furthermore, in class="order">order to class="get">get the class="most">most efficiency, some of the people insist class="that">that teachers should be class="paid">paid according to their class="perform">perform. however, as far as I am concern, I disagree with the statement of class="them">them with few following reasons.
class="0">First of all, class="it">it class="is">is class="hard">hard to verify student’s learning process by the class="other">other. class="depend">depend on the season and school’s situation, diverse factors are constantly interrupting class="standard">standard of learning. Even student’s ability to absorb the class="lesson">lesson class="is">is totally different from class to class. For instance, when I was in middle school, school of mine actually did pay teachers class="depend">depend on the ability of class="them">them. The class="teacher">teacher who makes better outcome and informs more lessons to students gets more income class="than">than others. The education level of the school improved, however, since the class="teacher">teacher class="get">get class="paid">paid according to their academic class="perform">perform, more conflict and trouble were occurred. there are many reasons why the student had changed, class="but">but the main reason class="is">is class="teacher">teacher no longer treat the student as a student. they became the product or the evaluation model class="that">that they can class="get">get more profit through class="them">them. therefore, school became the industry which designed a class="teacher">teacher to put as much knowledge to the student. From there, any moral lessons exist on there.
class="0">Admittedly, the lazy class="teacher">teacher who tend to waste time by the entertain videos need to have and be evaluated by the strict class="standard">standard. through class="that">that student will obtain more valuable lessons from class="them">them. however, for the class="teacher">teacher who wants to class="invest">invest more time on life value lessons, evaluation might obstruct class="them">them to be more flexible and class="get">get the class="most">most efficiency from class="them">them.
class="0">As I mentioned before, class="it">it class="is">is class="hard">hard to cover all the students in on class. The strength and weakness will be different student to student. In class="order">order to give sufficient information and class="lesson">lesson, class="it">it naturally takes time which class="teacher">teacher can class="get">get less profit. Then, student who class="is">is not intelligent will not class="get">get enough care from the class="teacher">teacher and friends. For this reason, students are forced to enroll in private education center and class="invest">invest more money on education.
class="0">For the result, class="standard">standard can be the best criteria for the class="teacher">teacher to class="perform">perform their act. however, for the student in a long term, class="it">it could otherwise influence the class="teacher">teacher to be rigid and pursue the profit as a main goal.
