Men and Women are owing to their innate physical differences, are not equally suited for many task
Men and Women are owing to their innate physical differences, are not equally suited for many task. This satement states the opinion of the author, which is in tandem with popular opinion. However, I dissent on this issue, owing to lack of basic proof to suggesst athe existence of innate physical or mental disparity of men and women.
Aside being a subject of trivial talks or street parlance, there has never being any physiological or medical proof of innate disparity of physical differences which makes them more sutable for some specific tasks over the each other. However, many of the percieved suitability of in executng certain tasks are more of myth than facts. for example, women make good writers as much as men, as great as James hadley Chase is, so is J.k Rowlings . Nothing suggests their writing prowess are down to thier innate gender based abillity. As this is not only valid for writers, so also it is for numerous task.
Training and skills is another factor which tends to quash the gender based task suitabillity between men and women. if a man and a woman are subjected to same rigorous training, there is no practical evidence that generally correlates abillity to perform with their sexes but rather on individual willingness to learn, intellectual strenght and other factors. For examples, the knowledge or skillset to perform task, like cooking has no gender based suitabillity as the knowledge of coooking does not come pre installed in any reproductive system rather on training and skills.
Although, certain cultural upbringing in most society particularly, society where misogynism thrives have placed certain task o the shoulder of women and as such make women more suitable and men less desirable for such tasks. This is nothing but a myth or a cultural deficiency. For example, women raised in a male dominated society tends to become more suitable to certain household tasks than thier male counterpart, yet, the men can equally as good in those chores if they so wish.
finally, i would like to disagree with the assertion that men and women, owing to thier innate physical differences are not equally suited for many task. It is not only untrue bt also lacking in substantial proof. In a culturally diverse and egalitarian society, there is no innate physical differences in men and women which makes them more or less suitable for specific tasks.
