There is now evidence that the relaxed pace of life in small towns promotes better health and greater longevity than does the hectic pace of life in big cities. Businesses in the small town of leeville report fewer days of sick leave taken by individual workers than do businesses in the nearby large cities of masonton. Furthermore , leeville has only one physician for its one thousand residents , but in Masonton the proportion of physicians to residents is five times as high. Finally , the average age of leeville residents is significantly higher than that of Masonton residents. These findings suggest that people seeking longer and healthier lives should consider moving to small communities.
Looking at the key points we need to state here is that the big town from this report is masonton and the small town is leeville and it is argued based on some positive statements as termed in economics that average life span is much greater in the small towns Leesville as compared to the big town masonton. Other relevant factors such facilities of medical services are more in the big city but hence accompanied with lots more sick leaves than in the small cities. We could further discuss this argument prompt based on some relevant assumptions and factors whom to my opinions could be some of the reasons this stated assumption.
Firstly we could look at some demographic features we could enable us understand that there is an always a high population density of countries population towards big cities as compared to small cities and this could be due to the fact that in big cities there lot more work facilities which population seek for as well as better paid jobs but forget to look at all the detriments it comes along with such as the increase in the crime waves in big cities as well as the high chance of infections by diseases which they could share among each other not forgetting the high emitting of carbon-dioxide expelled by which they expel after breathing in oxygen . This could hence be one of the reasons which drew to the conclusion that people seeking longer and healthier lives should consider moving to small communities which have a limited population , limited life opportunities but hence better health conditions hence people have to make a choice at the cost of the other which brings along the economics term opportunity cost.
Furthermore , in big cities , we could find a conglomerate of lots of industries servicing in this area as well as other jobs facilities such as finance institutions , insurance companies as well as transport and logistics sectors which help serve this industries in their daily operations but hence the externalities which this industries emit to the population in the form of toxic gases and waste turn to have a marginal social cost on the population than benefit and are one of the major reasons that jeopardize the health conditions of populations staying mostly in big cities and could be the reason the high sick leave incurred by workers in the population . We could as well assume that this high populations in cities could bring along a lot of engines such cars, lorries, bikes and tractors which daily emit toxic fumes which are harmful to the health of people and hence serve to be one of these findings suggest that people seeking longer and healthier lives should seek considering moving to small communities in which all this dangers will be avoided.
Conclusively from this justifications and reality of how this statistical findings has mentioned , it is also important to highlight to the fact that this health facilities as good for the human nature , it quit important to highlight to the fact that this big cities also come with its advantages such providing jobs to most people , improvement in technology and awareness to incoming vibrant activities to the economy which are mostly found in this big cities,
