Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about some important papers that I have left in your “The Meridian” hotel while I was staying there for a conference meeting. I humbly request that once you will discover the official records, please inform me about the same
To embark on, I booked a room number 624 in your hotel from 22nd September to 23rd September for a conference meeting organized by my company Mckinsey. It was held in the Business hall on 23rd September. After participating in the conference, I checked out from the hotel on 24th September. The next day i.e. 25th September when I reached my company, I realized that I had left some critical documents in the hotel room, perhaps in the drawer on the left side of the bed. They were placed in a blue folder printed with the name Prabhpreet Kaur on the top.
Above all, those official papers are very critical as they contain confidential and sensitive financial data, hard copy of the presentation and some notes that I registered during the conference. Unquestionably, they are as much as important to the company as they are to me and If they are misplaced the company will suffer huge losses and it will also impact my career.
I humbly request, if you could check the room I stayed in thoroughly and once you will discover the documents keep them in your possession safely. Kindly inform me by giving a call at 7844546127. I will personally collect those documents from you.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Prabhpreet Kaur
