letter about a problem in a work equipment
Dear Sir,
I am the secretary of the ophthalmology department in King Abdullah Medical City. I am writing to you to complain about a recent problem that has developed with the computer that I usually use in my work.
The computer was produced by your company about 2 years ago, it is used to be rapid and helpful.
Unfortunately, I noticed that it has become very slow and takes a long time loading the data and materials when I use it.
I have been assigned by my boss to arrange the timetables for the medical students attending their practical courses in our department next month, but I am not able to do anything with the slow and difficult processing of the computer.
Would it be greatly helpful, if you can offer us with an update to the current working program or even give us a new one with more helpful criteria?
