Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to highlight my problem with the new fridge I bought from your store 2 weeks ago.
The refrigerator worked perfectly fine at the time of delivery and installation. However, after a few days, there was a strange sound emitted from the fridge.
After two days of monitoring the issue, I phoned your shop, and talked to one of your staff. He promised to send someone over to take a look as the unit is still under the period in which I can exchange a new one if there is any issue. However, no one shows up at the time of the appointment.
Therefore, I want to bring this to your attention so that the issue can be quickly resolved before the warranty period is over.
I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Kathy Truong
