You have a full time job ,also you are doing a part-time course in the evening , now you find out that you cannot continue in the course .
Write a letter to your course tutor . In your letter •describe the situation
•Explain that you cannot continue at this time
•Say what actions you would like to take
Dear Dr. Mohamed,
I am one of the evening course student which started one week ago. However , I won’t be able to continue the course , as I have been accepted in new full time job, and with the part time job I have already , it would be so hard for me to complete the course. I hope you allow me to postpone my course till next semester or take it online.
The course started on February 2nd, 2020 and the class is scheduled for three days from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm which is intended for employees like me. I joined the lectures for the first two weeks without any problem because I didn’t start at that time. However, my new job requires some new tasks in my office and I cannot leave my desk before 7:30 pm. Hence, I cannot continue this course as the timing contradicts my office hours.
As a solution and since I really want to complete this course, I would request you to let me continue it online. Otherwise, if I am not allowed, I would like to have it next semester.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Mona
