A quick look at the charts is quiet enough to make it clear that that Insurance hardly ever growing up remarkable during Teachers Salaries were the biggest yearly expenditures happened at 1981 while Insurance in the first year as the smallest.
In 1981, Teacher Salaries had became the biggest value which has two fifth, Other Workers Salaries had more than a quarter, followed by Furniture and Equipment and Resource e.g Books which obtained Twice of less than a fifth, then Insurance had a very small number. In the next decade, the biggest number all over the charts was showed within Teachers Salaries had half, Other Workers Salaries was more of a fifth then Resource e.g Books has a fifth while Furniture and Equipment has one in twenty and the last was Insurance 3%.
Then first year in the beginning of twenty century Teachers Salaries only had more than two fifths, Furniture and Equipment increased to the number of less than a quarter, Other Workers Salaries analyzed had discrepancy year by year which in this year had less than a fifth, then Resource e.g Books has 9%, however we can found the digit of Insurance had increased by 5 digits from the last decade which was had more of one in twenty.
