Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
Explain the problem
Suggest a solution
Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention a major problem persisting among the employees of our company because of the lack of parking facilities on the premises.
Currently, a majority of workers park their private vehicles in front of the main gate or in the back street of the office. This causes traffic problems on the road for other travelers due to which every now and then employees are getting warnings by the Road Department officials. Not only it causes hassle for the vehicle owners, but also the reputation of our company is being jeopardized.
I would suggest, on behalf of all the employees who are facing this issue, to build parking for staff vehicles inside the building in the basement. Since it is not being used for any other purpose, it would be an optimum way to utilize that area of the premises.
The development of parking space would alleviate the problems that we have now. Moreover, the safety of cars and bikes would also be ensured in the private space particularly provided for the automobiles of staff.
I hope you would take this matter into consideration and will take the required action.
Yours faithfully,
Tara
