I am writing this letter to express my concerns related to the non-availability of car parking near our office which is a major cause for us to arrive late in the office premises.
Earlier, I used to park my car in the public parking space which was just opposite the office building. Since it has been shut down and there is a notice written that the government is going to build a hospital on the land. Therefore, it is trouble for me to find a vacant space near the office building.
I urge you to please rent a parking space which is available on the underground floor of our building. You can deduct a small number of monthly wages from an employee's account by giving the rent space. Not only this will benefit the employees to park their cars without taking any pains to find a vacate space for car parking, but also will company by providing workers productivity to reach on time in the office premises as well as not cause any trouble on the company's budget. I am hoping that you will consider taking my suggestion to solve this problem.
