Dear Sir,

I am your student Rakul in Business Management Course and writing this apology letter for late returning of the Book Corporate governance. Thanks to your kind help I successfully completed my final term exams with distinction and now pursuing Masters in Business Administration. As you are aware, the book I borrowed from you is of limited edition and our library was out of copies. Frankly speaking, when our librarian suggested me to request you for personal copy, I was bit hesitant. However, after knowing your welcoming nature I approached you and requested the text book for which you agreed.

I must say preparing for exams with your book was much easier as language was less complicated and better than other authors. In fact, I was bit advantageous as your notes and references were available at each page which made researching less time consuming. Detailed summary at each end of the chapter helped me to memorise topics in chronological order. Academically your publication is exceptional and unequivocal for pupils planning for post-graduation programmes.
I tried to reach you for returning the book after my exams. Whereas, your neighbours mentioned that you are family vacation and won’t be returning for 15 days. Hence, I retained the book and planned to give it back once you returned. Meanwhile, I became busy for applying further studies and had to shift Mumbai for joining the college. Nevertheless, I am glad that atleast now I got opportunity to return the book to you and once again sorry for not returning intime. Hope you for give me by understanding my situation.

Yours faithfully,

Rakul.
