Dear Mr. Wilson,
I am writing this letter to inform you about taking the temporary drop-off for the Science course which I am doing in the evening at your coaching.
Firstly, you know that I am doing a full-time job and after that I visit your coaching in the evening. However, this coming month, I am running in a real tight schedule as our company is the venue for one of the biggest international conference in IT industry. Moreover, my boss has recommended my name to handle international clients.
Secondly, in the same month my best friend is visiting my home after four long years and I have to take him for the site seeing our city. Thus, I apologize for the inconvenience and will join the course after this month and complete my incomplete course.
To summarize, I hope you understand my situation and grant me a one month drop-off leave from the course and allow me to continue the course in the next month.
I am waiting for your prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
Sunny
