The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The two pie charts illustrate the proportion of five types of customer service rating provided by 100 visitors in Parkway hotel in 2005 and 2010.
Overall, in both years , the most significantly rated services were satisfactory and good, which together accounted for over half of the questionnaire. While a few people commented the customer service excellent in first year, it showed significant growth in final year which obviously had an inverse relationship with very poor and poor service. Al together, there was dramatic improvement of customer service trend noticed from the survey in the later year.
Customer service with satisfactory category comprised of 45% in the first year and this showed a big dip of 17% in 2010. Conversely, 14% people marked the service as good in 2005, which rose a little less than about 3% to 39% in last year.
With regards to the remaining three variety of questions, 28% guests rated the service excellent in 2010, which was 23% more than 2005. On the other hand, both very poor and poor services got reduced rating in the final year about 9% and 11% decrease respectively.
